This program includes a diet tailored to your needs, as well as a workout program, and supplementation regiment. It requires biweekly check-in photos to gauge your progress.

The program is available for anyone from beginners to fitness veterans. It is completely tailored to your needs in every aspect. It requires WEEKLY check-ins. Each individual program is closely tailored and monitored by Coach Brian Albores CEO (@hotbananass).
This program is designed to propel your fitness journey and help you achieve your goals wether it is total body recomposition, more athleticism, modeling, fitness modeling, or bodybuilding & bikini competitions our guidance and knowledge will help you achieve results at an optimal rate.
The program includes intense training programs (individualized and constantly changing), nutritional guidance (adjusted according to progress), supplement guidance, as well as networking opportunities offered to athletes.
