PROCESSING
All orders containing items in stock will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (with the exception of holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on holidays or weekends will be processed on
the following business day.
All charges will appear as "Evil's Bane Labs" on your bank statement.
SHIPPING
At EB labs we do our best to ship items within the next business day from when the order was processed. We offer two popular shipping methods:
-Flat Rate $5.99 Standard Package Mailing with USPS or FedEx. ANY ORDER OVER $59.00 USD will receive free standard shipping.
-FedEx 2Day Available throughout all 50 states, except to Hawaii. FedEx 2Day®. Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas, by 8 p.m. to residences. Shipping charge is calculated based on weight and size of the order.
*Tracking will be provided to customers after the order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL
International Orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped using United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International.
Customers are liable for any taxes or duties that may apply. EB Labs will not collect taxes or duties from the customer. It is your responsibility to know if your country’s Customs Department permits the shipment of our products and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for a package that has been seized due to negligence.
